ECPC Pain Specialists is a division of East Carolina Anesthesia Associates and provides services at Vidant Pain Management Center and the Interventional Pain Clinic, both in Greenville, NC for all aspects of acute and chronic pain management in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. ECPC providers also work at several additional locations in Nags Head, Goldsboro, Wilson, Windsor, Edenton, Hickory, Statesville, Lenoir and Roanoke Rapids.
