Hubert has been licensed in Virginia since 1980 and in North Carolina since 2004.  He has worked with area residents, realtors and builders for many years.  He is "local" - he grew up in the Lawrenceville area and worked in law enforcement/prison systems for 31 years prior to retiring and doing electrical work "full time".  He can provide references and will work directly with home owners.
