Lake Gaston Fitness is an exercise facility serving the Lake Gaston area. We are conveniently located one mile from Food Lion at 362 Lizard Creek Drive. Our 2400-square foot exercise facility hosts a variety of the most popular commercial exercise equipment used at the trendiest facilities around the country. Currently we offer Life Fitness treadmills, Precor and Matrix elliptical trainers, a Multi-Station gym, Spin, Recumbent, and Upright bikes. We feature a selectorized workout circuit, along with a great selection of free weights. We're open 7 days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with manager office hours Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. Whether you live full time in the area or you are just visiting, we have the right facility with flexible and affordable membership options.
